Here is what we did

in March!

Clarabel

	Lauren's class earned a pizza party for doing so well in math.
	We all had good check ups at the dentist.
	The girls went to movie Night at school.
	Lauren and I went to the G.S. mother daughter hoe down.
	Dennis went to Pittsburgh on business.
	I was in charge of the Easter Egg Hunt for our addition.
	I went to Jared's school conference and also to grandparent's day at his school. The teacher said he likes to show the people around when they come in to visit. She also said he is doing very well in school.
	We made a giant decorated cookie for Lindsey's teacher's birthday and surprised her with it and a little party.
	Lauren went to a birthday party.
	I helped Lindsey's class with an art project for the school auction.
	Both girls got very good grades on their report cards.
	We went to playgroup, girl scout meetings, I went to meetings, helped at school.......

As you can see, we have been very busy. That is why I am publishing April & May together. If the trains look familiar, it is because I did not have time to create another background and Jared loves this one.

APRIL

Happy Birthday to Dennis and Jared !

April 1st Lauren and I and the brownies went to see Sleeping Beauty preformed by the Toledo Ballet. The girls had a lesson with the ballet, went for pizza, and then went to the performance. It was wonderful and the girls loved it.

April 2nd we celebrated Dennis' Birthday.

April 3 -11 was Spring Break and Dennis took the week off to share in all the fun!

	We went to the zoo. The kids loved watching the seal getting fed.
	We went to the mall to visit the Easter bunny and the kids took a ride on the carousel.
	We went bowling. It was Jared's first time, and Lindsey's second. Lindsey got the high score because she got a strike in the 9th. It was the first time Dennis and I had bowled in a long time.
	We made cookies for Jared's Easter party.
	Dennis and Jared went to his school Easter party and the girls and I went skating.
	The kids got to play outside and with some of their friends.
	Dennis reassembled our weight equipment and help me paint the 2 story great room.
	We celebrated Easter at home and then it was back to work and school.

Bill & Ben

Lauren started soccer practice again on the 13th and has had 2 games. She scored her first goal in the last game. She has really improved from last year.

Dennis and the girls attended Doughnuts for Dads at school.

I read books to both girls classes for right to read week.

Both girls had birthday parties to go to.

We went on a couple of family bike rides.

Dennis was out of town again on business and in town for training classes.

My girl scout troop is participating in Read to succeed a door to door used book drive.

My parents came up to visit for a day and Dennis and I went out to eat while they enjoyed playing with the kids.

We went to the circus. Lauren and Lindsey really liked it, Jared got bored.

Lauren started Spanish class and will be taking it until the end of the school year.

We got snow and hail on the 28th, can you believe it. All my spring flowers are blooming, Dennis has mowed 2 times already and then we get snow. A week ago it was almost 80 and the kids were wearing shorts, now they are wearing winter coats.

The 30th is Family fun night at school.

Now for the birthday boy!

Jared turned 4 on April 19th. He chose to go to Chuck E. Cheese for dinner. We went home and had Thomas the Tank Engine Cake and ice cream and he opened his gifts. He got more Thomas track and Henry the green engine. He also got a scooter and he can ride it as fast as the girls.

He went to the doctor for his check-up and was 41 inches and 39 1/2 pounds.

Jared celebrated his birthday at school on Tuesday and took cookies for his class.

He celebrated again when he got gifts in the mail and when Memaw and Pa came up. Again the packages were filled with more Thomas stuff.
