Come one, come all, to the greatest show of all !

Not only did we go to the school circus, practice for the circus, and help with the circus, our life seemed like a circus as well! February was another month full of activity.

WEEK ONE

	Lauren got to see the Toledo opera perform Pinocchio.
	Jared had picture day.
	I had a GS leader meeting.
	The kids were off of school for a snow day.
	Lauren, Lindsey, and Jared made out their valentine's cards.

WEEK TWO

	Both girls had a birthday party.
	Lindsey and Jared went to playgroup.
	I collected labels from the school.
	Lindsey and I made heart shaped muffins for her snack day.
	Jared had pink day at school and he said he was NOT wearing anything pink. He took a toy that had a little bit of pink on it instead.
	Lauren's brownies troop earned their Healthy Habits badge.
	The kids each had a valentine's party at school.
	Lauren and Lindsey went to movie night at school.
	We celebrated Valentine's day and the kids got a new hamster (Fluffy)
	Dennis and I went out to dinner on Valentine's day without the kids!
	Memaw and Pa came to visit on Saturday and Sunday. We celebrated Pa's birthday.

WEEK THREE

	Lindsey went to a birthday party at Chuck. E. Cheese.
	The girls went to "A day in the Jungle" at church. It was an all day adventure on Monday since the kids were off of school for President's day.
	Dennis was out of town for a couple of days on business. He was looking at some equipment at the place he use to work in Illinois, so he got to see a lot of old friends.
	Jared loves to play the arcade game, I think even more than trains. He can get to world 4 on Mario Brother's and plays almost all the other games past the first level. He even shows the girls how to play.
	Jared had a friend over to play.

WEEK FOUR

	We listened to Lauren sing her circus songs round the clock. Lindsey and Jared even know most of the words.
	Lindsey donated a birthday book to the school library for her 1/2 birthday.
	Lindsey and Jared went to playgroup.
	I had a subdivision association meeting.
	In brownies we celebrated World Thinking Day and had a ceremony where the girls earned their World Association pins.
	I edited books at the school for the publishing center
	G.S. cookies came in and we sorted and delivered them. Lauren sold 160 boxes.
	Lauren had her school and evening performances of the circus. It was three rings of fun ! Lauren was an elephant in a pink tutu. I helped with face painting for both.
	We went to the evening performance of the circus. Lindsey and I saw it in the afternoon too.
	The whole family went to another birthday party, this one at the skating rink. Jared skated for the first time and he loved it! He did a lot better than we thought he would.
	And saving the best for last, our snow has finally all melted and it is warming up a little! The kids even got to play outside over the weekend.
